Recipe | Lamb Meatballs With Coscous

One those days when I have a limited number of ingredients in my fridge is when I came up with unusual dinners for myself. This recipe is one such example. I had half a pound of ground lamb and some vegetables left at home. The easy route would be to make pasta but I wanted something different. I decided to make meatballs with the ground lamb, sauté the veggies in olive oil and serve it all together with couscous. I didnt know if it would be any good but It turned out to be so delicious that I have decided to make it often.
