I love a fresh crisp salad with my meals but I must admit I am not a big fan of dressings. Specifically sweet or creamy dressing, and most of the time if I order a salad in restaurants, the dressing is too sweet. So I always avoid it. I like my salad dressing to be tart because I think it goes best with greens. When I am making my own salad dressing, I always keep it simple and light with just three ingredients. Lemon, Olive Oil, and Pink Salt. I squeeze the juice of a lemon or lime and mix in an equal amount of olive oil and a pinch or two of salt. If I am out of lemons I replace it with vinegar. That’s it. No fuss and a crowd pleaser.
