Birthday Weekend

Last week I celebrated my birthday! There was no big party because I like to keep things small and intimate. To celebrate, I just wanted to eat a very nice slice of cake with some tea. I prefer going somewhere for a slice than ordering a big cake for 2 - 4 people, and then having cold leftovers. A bit of sleuthing led me to find this place called Lady M. I was sold as soon as I saw the pictures of the cakes on the website. The store was even better! It is so chic and feels like such a treat to eat there. The cakes were absolutely delicious. Soft, melt in your mouth cakes with a cup of delicate Jasmin tea. It was such a perfect way to celebrate my day.
