I drink spring water and count tea as part of my daily intake of 2 litres water. Hence why I started using the water I drink, to make tea too. I noticed how tea always tastes better, much smoother and less harsh! With tap water, it always has the chemical sort of taste that stays in the back of your tongue which in turn makes the tea taste more bitter. Nowadays, I can distinguish between tea made from filtered water and tap water just because the difference is quite obvious!
