Figs With Labneh and Walnuts


A favorite three-ingredient snack that I like to have for lunch during those days I don’t want a hearty heavy lunch. Don’t we all have those days? When we would rather eat a bunch of little healthy snacks plus a big bag of crisps (because little snacks can sometimes be not very filling) than one big bowl of salad. This snack is my personal favorite because not only is it delicious but surprisingly so filling too! That way I can avoid the aforementioned bag of crisps. Here’s how I like to have it; I cut a few figs in half, spread labneh on top and eat it with walnuts. You can also drizzle honey if you would like a bit of sweetness. Simple, healthy and very delicious.
